Salary and Benefits 30k 40k, plus a 4k car allowance and an annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary. Working Pattern Permanent | Full Time | Flexible options available About The Role The scale and quantity of our client projects has increased rapidly, and to support our continued growth, we are seeking to appoint a diligent and rigorous Project Planner. Our consultancy projects play a critical role in the delivery of major capital projects and in the operation of critical facilities. This requires us to manage the delivery of our services to the highest standards, frequently integrating our delivery with the overall project management of multi billion programmes. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the development of a fast growing company, with the potential for further rapid personal development and career enhancement based on personal performance. You will be an experienced project management practitioner with good working knowledge of the drivers of successful project delivery and with specialism in project planning. This includes the development of project plans, schedules, resourcing plans and the creation of risk management artefacts and stakeholder analyses. Key Responsibilities This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our likeminded team of professionals. As a Project Planner you would be working with our business and consulting team and play a critical role in the effective delivery of the business and high profile projects. Responsibilities include: Project definition and planning Schedule exception reporting Critical path analysis Schedule progress reporting and forecasting Time, cost and quality management Organising workshops and meetings for a range of audiences Contributing to wider Company development What are we looking for in a candidate? We anticipate that to succeed in the role, the individual will have the following criteria of skills, knowledge, experience and qualities. However, we welcome diversity in background and would consider individuals with alternative, relevant experience. 3+ years experience in successful project delivery Demonstrable experience of complex project planning with multiple workstreams and significant dependencies Good understanding of commercial and contractual relationships and obligations and aligning project WBS to these Experience of organising teams andprojects. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders Proactive identification and management of project risks and dependencies and linking schedule and cost contingency to these Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability Strong desire to support the growth of a successful, differentiated consultancy and to contribute to wider Company development Willing to work on client sites with overnight stays required (travel and expenses paid) Experienced MS Project user Full UK driving licence. UK passport holder Further desired qualities: Qualified to degree or postgraduate level. What makes Indicatura different?
