Your Role:
1. Plan and Execute: Create and stick to project plans working seamlessly with teams and contractors.
2. Client Focus: Be the goto for clients ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
3. Quality Matters: Ensure work meets high standards through regular inspections.
4. Lead the Team: Foster a positive work environment leading your project team.
5. Budget Savvy: Monitor budgets and find costsaving opportunities.
Skills Needed:
Detailoriented with architectural drawing proficiency.
Deep knowledge of windows and doors.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
3 years as a Project Manager in construction.
Proven success in customer satisfaction and upselling.
Extensive knowledge of construction processes and materials.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
Canadian Driver License and access to a reliable insured vehicle.
How Youll Contribute:
Review project docs for accountability.
Develop project schedules.
Ensure accurate measurements.
Address potential issues proactively.
Collaborate on material procurement.
Provide regular project updates.
Prepare Change Orders for review.
Coordinate installation appointments.
Collaborate with Installers Sales and Internal Staff.
Attend scheduled meetings.
Establish department standards.
Coordinate site deficiencies.
Maintain a 6week lookahead schedule.
Collaborate on project costs and collections.
Prepare information for installers.
Collaborate on improvement initiatives.
Represent the company in business dealings.
Working Conditions:
Mix of office and site visits.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required.
Full Health and Safety training.
Flexibility for overtime.
Type: Fulltime
Salary: $70000 base payroll structure (to start only)
Upselling commissions
5% for selling.
1% for lead generation
