JOB SUMMARY
Our client is in search of a Project Manager in the Los Angeles area who will immediately provide significant contributions to the agencys revenue growth and future. The Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating timely and efficient implementation of client projects. The Project Manager will be an expert at building and implementing systems and processes.
WHAT WE OFFER
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively assess agency processes and business challenges to improve outcomes
Provide oversight of agency resources to ensure projects are delivered as promised on time and on budget and create positive business and client results
Effectively plan and organize the work of yourself and all client teams to handle their accounts efficiently productively and successfully
Lead the strategic development process providing strategic insight and thought leadership from program development to agency SOPs
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant internal stakeholders providing daytoday contact on project status and changes
Responsible for Project Management timelines proposals tasks briefs invoices and costs
Oversees and fully understands how to use assigned software; provides higher level insights on any assigned specialty focus software
Structure and manage integrated multitrack performance databases for digital print social broadcast and experiential projects
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
QUALIFICATIONS
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: $88442.50/year
Schedule:
Office hours: (8:30am to 5:30pm PST)
Monday to Friday additional hours during the week and weekend as needed
Work Location: Redondo Beach CA
