- The ability to prepare a detailed and clear work plan. Responsibility for following up on the implementation of the plans in coordination with the direct supervisor
- Provide appropriate support to project staff under direct supervision and ensure effective management of resources to serve project objectives in accordance with Women Affairs Staff rules and regulations
- Daily follow-up of project activities in accordance with its plans and reference documents
- Plan and implement regular field visits to monitor the project's intended progress and make adjustments as necessary and in coordination with the line manager to ensure results are achieved
- Work continuously with the Finance Department to prepare budgets for projects and periodically follow up on disbursement processes.
- Provide close monitoring of project expenditures to ensure effective and appropriate use of funding
