Job Description
Looking for a candidate with 78 years of experience (preferably BE/ Diploma Civil Engineer) in endtoend experience in handling highend residential projects for luxury segments with thorough knowledge of costing and preparing project commercials.
They are expected to take control of all operational aspects of all projects undertaken and manage them end to end with the help of internal and external stakeholders in a way that gives ease and comfort to clients. They should have effective communication negotiation leadership and problemsolving skills.
They should be someone who is based in Mumbai or willing to relocate and are willing to join immediately or within 30 days

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial site visit.
- Prepare site visit report and circulate within all stakeholders.
- Prepare broad timelines for that project.
- Resource planning.
- Project Planning. Prepare a detailed project schedule.
- Provide views during shortlisting of contractors/vendors.
- Identify long lead items and inform the procurement team.
- Identify any critical items that can be forecasted to mitigate risk.
- Provide inputs during the preparation of BOQ.
- Check all the BOQs before the approval process.
- Work closely with the Procurement team during the contractor/vendor finalization process. Provide regular inputs during this process.
- Provide inputs to the design team during the design phase of the project.
- Coordinate with the design phase for necessary drawings required during the finalization of BOQs

- NICMAR Preferably with 57 years of experience
- Willing to work in a startup from the office for 6 days/week
Job Location: Kanjurmarg Office and occasional travel to Marine Drive for client meetings
