Project Manager

Responsibilities & Required Skills:

• Customer and Product Experience a plus with Commercial Bank Experience in Treasury Management preferred (Commercial Card Payments New to Bank Customer Onboarding)
  
• Develop detailed project plans to manage the endtoend project activities interdependencies and execution approach.
  
• Create timelines understand scope risk and dependencies and track them.
  
• Define purpose clear roles tasks milestones budgets and measures of success.
  
• Knowledge of industry risks and regulations/compliance/controls
  
• Builds credibility establishes rapport and maintains communication with stakeholders at multiple levels including those external to the organization such as vendors.
  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders of varying levels in the org
  
• Knowledge of both waterfall and agile processes and tools (ex. Jira MS Project)
  
• Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Ability to identify analyze and resolve issues.
  
• Ability to meet deadlines schedules and budgeted costs.
  
• Build and foster a collaborative working environment amongst project team members.
  
• PMP Certification a Plus
