Role and Responsibilities

• Manage all endtoend projects including client handling project preparation execution and completion
• Define SLAs and timelines for project completion and ensure adherence to them
• Effectively manage project teams and coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution
• Understand customer environments and develop deployment and integration roadmaps
• Plan and conduct periodic project reviews for key customers
• Coordinate with clients and partners to address and resolve hardware or software failures
• Manage change requests including planning execution testing and rollback plans
• Identify issues and solutions during operations and plan change activities accordingly
• Follow up on fixing workarounds root cause analysis knowledge sharing and escalations from L2
• Collaborate with customers and employees to identify and provide solutions to problems
• Maintain accurate and detailed project records and logs

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in project management preferably in the HR industry
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
