THIS IS AN APPLICATIONS MANAGER POSITION WITH KNOWLEDGE OF DEVOPS MIGRATION TO AZURE AND APPLICATION DEPLOYMENTS. THIS IS NOT A MIGRATION TO THE CLOUD PROJECT MANAGER. IT IS DEVOPS TO CREATE PROCESS PROJECT MANAGER.

*** We need: A midSenior (10 years) Project manager with experience managing Cloud deployment Projects and MIGRATIONS to the DevOps Platform. CANDIDATES MUST COME FROM VERY LARGE WELL KNOWN ENTERPRISES AND HAVE POSITIONS WITH GOOD TENURE AND LONG PROJECTS. THIS POSITION CAN BE IN NYC TROY MICHIGAN OR 100% REMOTE IN THE EST OR CST TIME ZONES. THE RATE IS FIXED AT $70 WITH NO REAL FLEXIBILITY. PMP preferred.

2. This Delivery Manager will be supporting enhancements to the DevOps platform and JIRA migration. Experience in these areas would be beneficial but not required. Remote or local to Troy is acceptable. Delivery Manager skills:
3. Demonstrated ability to deliver development projects from inception to successful implementation
4. Solid project management skills with the demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple small and midsize projects in a crossfunctional environment
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
6. Solid understanding of the software development process including requirement gathering analysis/design development tools/technologies release/version control contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management
7. Demonstrated experience in creating detailed documentation for moderate sized projects
8. Ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams and achieve results
9. Good ability in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirement Ability to communicate needs and schedules as well as ensure that plans are in place and standards are adhered to
