Knowliah (as part of STP ONE) is an AIpowered SaaS platform designed to centralize and streamline legal processes and workflows improve collaboration and have better and relevant reporting for all legal related operations in matters contracts entities and knowledge. Knowliah provides organisations with the software and support they need to enable their inhouse legal teams to contribute to EBITDA and deliver and demonstrate business value.

Tasks

• You build relationships with customers. That way you discover what their needs are in terms of business processes working methods and IT systems.
• You manage the activation process and the project as a whole.
• You advise the customer and suggest the best configuration and integration based on your expertise.
• You design configure and test the new implementation.
• You provide the necessary documentation.
• You have an advisory and guiding role during the rollout.

In short you will be presented with a great challenge in which you will have the freedom and responsibility to define and realise the best interpretation. We provide thorough training domain knowledge as well as technological and product knowledge that will make you completely ready to grasp this challenge with both hands.

You will work within the Professional Services team that is also responsible for presales support customer support hosting onboarding of users thus offering even more opportunities towards variety impact and personal growth.

You will work mainly from our office in Boortmeerbeek (between Leuven Mechelen Zaventem Haacht) sometimes at the customers location.

Parttime teleworking is also a possibility.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience
  bachelors or masters degree or equivalent experience.
  a sound knowledge of ICT concepts operations and processes
  basic knowledge of legal processes information management and experience with functional analysis (system and/or process) is a plus
• Critical and analytical skills
  You can distinguish details from the essentials so you immediately recognise the real bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Customeroriented
  In this job you have intensive contact with your customers and your colleagues. Your communication skills are therefore very good. You know how to deal with all types of personalities you are discrete and respectful and you easily build professional relationships.
• Project Management
  You are strong in planning and organising. You can monitor the scope tasks and budget agreed with the customer.
• Enthusiasm
  You are committed assertive and persuasive: you can manage meetings and work groups give presentations ...
• Adaptability
  We are constantly evolving and customers processes and needs are evolving too. You cope well with changing circumstances.
• Resultoriented

  You are fluent in Dutch French & English additional languages are definitely an asset.
