Key Responsibilities:
Mentorship and Coaching: Provide mentorship and coaching to business relationship managers at various levels of experience. Offer guidance on best practices methodologies and strategies for successful business relationship management. Assisting with stakeholder engagement and preparing for longterm success.
Project Management Support: Assist project managers in planning executing and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time within budget and according to specifications. Offer advice on project management tools techniques and methodologies.
Business Relationship Management Support: Work closely with business relationship managers to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and partners. Provide guidance on effective communication negotiation and conflict resolution strategies.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within project management and business relationship management functions. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to disseminate best practices lessons learned and industry trends related to business relationship management. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration project management or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and business relationship management roles.
Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Excellent communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
