• Project releases are prioritized and aligned to short and longterm goals of the business
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
• Overall progress and health of project
• Ensure that the program is aligned to operational and strategic objectives
• Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio
• Financial information about the budget forecast actuals margins etc.
• Operational efficiency and project performance
• Effective management and utilization of enterprise resources
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define prioritize and develop projects
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to complete the project successfully.
• Determine the resources (time money equipment) required to complete the project.
• Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
• Ongoing risk assessment and mitigation across all projects
  Evaluates risks and develops security standards procedures and controls to manage risks
• Implements processes for governance risk and compliance to monitor information security control
• Perform internal and external information security risk and exceptions assessment
• Proactively communicate the project status/huddles/risks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project Visio Excel and PowerPoint
• At least 56 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure & application projects
