Project Manager

The role

• You will be producing and maintaining accurate records of work undertaken and maintain uptodate and current programme.
  
• You will embed project control and governance in line with Sinewave processes.
  
• You will design and maintain accurate and current programs of work for the projects they deliver.
  
• You will provide project planning milestone management scope management resource management; contractor management financial management; change management across the project portfolio.
  
• You will be supporting the Commercial team with project feedback recommendations and lessons learned.
  
• You will deliver projects sustainably in consideration of competence capability and safety.
  
• You will conduct management audits.
  
• You will ensure crossprogramme dependencies are managed accurately.
  
• You will ensure efficient change control methods and processes are utilised.

Requirements

• Working across multiple disciplines and dealing with sites customers and designers daily remaining organized and agile whilst working with multiple teams and individuals.
  
• Maximising profitability for the business at all times considering innovative or better practices to deliver project efficiency wherever it is possible to do so.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to use own initiative as well as work collaboratively as part of a team
  
• Commercially aware with a clear understanding of implications decisions may have on the overall business
  
• Good knowledge and experience in Project Management within the electrical utility industry
  
• Good awareness of electrical networks and supporting documentation & industry terminology.
  
• Agile in challenging situations with the ability to find appropriate costeffective solutions
  
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
  
• Basic awareness of tendering
