Role:
A Project Manager (PM) is a professional responsible for planning executing and closing projects. The specific job description may vary depending on the industry organization and the nature of the projects being managed. Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope objectives timelines resources and budgets.
  • Allocate and coordinate resources including personnel materials and equipment to ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead and motivate project teams fostering collaboration and communication among team members. Clearly define roles and responsibilities.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements provide updates on project progress and manage expectations.
  • Monitor and control project budgets ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Track project timelines and milestones adjusting as necessary to keep the project on schedule.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project keeping the team focused on the projects objectives.
  • Close out projects by ensuring all deliverables are completed conduct postproject evaluations and document lessons learned for future improvement.
  • Qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience working as Project Manager
    • Experience in IT services and consulting is a must.
    • Proficiency in French language is must.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members stakeholders and other project participants.
    • Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams make decisions and drive the project towards successful completion.
    • Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently especially in a dynamic project environment.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple aspects of a project simultaneously.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes and unexpected challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
