2. Mission description Intervention scope

Mission will be essentially focused on IT Project Management for Private Capital Domain.

o Handle Private Capital Project demands in coordination with business stakeholders (client lines operations GBCM) IT developper (internal and external teams)

o Address project governance / committee / reporting from vision to preparation and implementation phases

o Answer to audit & QA request related to projects

o Foster collaboration with central Project teams and project stakeholders

3. Technical description of the mission s environment

Material: PC Laptop

Software: Pack Microsoft Office Allshare / Confluence / Jira Lanta / Teams / Outlook

4. Results expected / Deliverables

Preanalyse and qualify project demands (confirm if project criteria are met / budget estimation)

Setup project framework (budget line project code creation)

Setup project governance in collaboration with business PM and vendors

Chair project governance and committees

Prepare project committees documentation

Report on project achievements / next steps / risk and issues on a weekly & monthly basis

Deliver Project Management Plan on a yearly basis

Answer to audit and QA requests related to projects

Liaise with procurement and legal for RFI/RFP

5. Prerequisites / Agreed essential elements

Business: Overview of Private Capital business

Norms & Process: i.e. ISAE3402 / Information Security standards

Technical: Knowledge of BNPP Project framework / RFIRFP processes

Functional: Expertise in project management / change management / Agile practices

Language: English
