Position requires a considerable amount of travel, including travel to other NEP facilities, customer, and vendor ;110 175 days of yearly travel
Key Duties Include:
- Work with Project Manager / Design Engineer / Customers / for completion of projects
- Have the ability to read and understand Broadcast CAD drawings
- Act as liaison between Design Engineer and Field Staff when on an integration project
- Capture field mark-ups to generate as-built drawings and presents to Design Engineer to update drawings
- Test and repair all types of copper cable along with fiber cable
- Troubleshoot and repair existing installations
Requirements
- 5+ years in the Broadcast Integration / Live industry
- Ability to work as Lead Broadcast Engineer remote, in the field and in studio integrations
- Bachelors or formal Electronics training desired
- Engineering experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience trouble shooting Audio and Video Broadcast equipment
