Jetbro is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Management Trainee. As a Project Management Trainee you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in project management within the digital agency landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning and Development:
Participate in structured training programs to develop a deep understanding of project management methodologies tools and best practices.
2. Support Project Managers:
Assist experienced Project Managers in planning executing and monitoring digital projects from initiation to completion. This includes coordinating with crossfunctional teams tracking project milestones and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
Learn to create and maintain project documentation including project plans schedules budgets and status reports. Develop proficiency in using project management software to track progress and communicate project updates.
4. Client Communication:
Gain exposure to client interactions by assisting in client meetings gathering requirements and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with client expectations.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Proactively seek opportunities to streamline processes improve efficiency and enhance project outcomes. Contribute ideas for innovation and optimization within the project management function.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management Information Technology or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts is preferred but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and a growth mindset.
