- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating financing documentation
- Managing deal teams and processes across practice areas and geographic locations.
- Solving legal problems related to project financing.
- Managing and conducting due diligence.
- Conducting complex research or drafting of memoranda
Requirements
- Juris Doctor and admitted to the Bar
- 5 to 7 years of Project Finance experience
