Youre an experienced transactional attorney with expertise in drafting and negotiating principal financing documents.
You have first-hand experience structuring debt capital, equity, and mitigating financial risks.

Youll immediately impact a growing, global firm. Youll do this by...
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating financing documentation
  • Managing deal teams and processes across practice areas and geographic locations.
  • Solving legal problems related to project financing.
  • Managing and conducting due diligence.
  • Conducting complex research or drafting of memoranda


Requirements

  • Juris Doctor and admitted to the Bar
  • 5 to 7 years of Project Finance experience
