Youll be an integral part of the technical team contributing to the creation of construction plans that serve as a guide for clients and contractors in the development and execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in initial client meetings collaborating with the Team Leader to comprehend new project proposals thoroughly.
Facilitate effective communication between clients departments team groups and governing bodies. - Assist in preparing comprehensive proposals including clear scopes of work pricing time schedules and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with government agencies attending meetings to secure necessary approvals for client projects.
- Identify additional work requested by clients ensuring proper documentation through approved change orders.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- 35 years of experience in land and site development or Municipalities
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in the State of Georgia (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficient knowledge of CAD software
