Location: Delhi

Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in the planning execution and monitoring of the Teacher Professional Development for Equity (TPD4Equity) Projects activities. TPD4Equity in India is a collaborative effort between the Language and Learning Foundation the Learning Equity Initiative the University of Pennsylvania and the Language and Learning Foundation. The partnership aims to design tools for understanding educational programs alignment and impact on learning equity in foundational years. In particular this project will support LLFs Teacher Professional Development (TPD) on marginalized populations.

The Project Coordinator will manage all projectrelated tasks coordinate data collection and analysis ensure timely completion and facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders. This position requires a strong background in educational research data analysis and project management. There would also be frequent field visits to the selected schools and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning:
    1. Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
    2. Assist in identifying project goals and objectives ensuring alignment with the overall project strategy.
  2. Task Coordination:
    1. Coordinate all activities ensuring tasks are assigned executed and completed within defined timelines.
    2. Track the progress of each activity resolve issues and ensure that project milestones are met.
  3. Data Analysis:
    1. Oversee data collection validation and storage.

    2. Coordinate with interns researchers and consultants to ensure project timelines and goals alignment.
    3. Design and employ qualitative and quantitative data tools and assessments to inform project decisionmaking including data analysis and visualization methodologies.
  4. Reporting and Documentation:
    1. Maintain accurate project records budgets and reports.

    2. Assist in the preparation of regular progress reports for project management and stakeholders.
  5. Stakeholder Communication:
    1. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project team members interns stakeholders and external partners.
    2. Facilitate regular project meetings prepare agendas and provide accurate and timely meeting minutes.
  6. Resource Management:
    1. Efficiently allocate project resources including personnel equipment and materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelors degree in Education Social Sciences Project Management or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  2. Proven expertise in project coordination particularly in educational research projects with a track record of data analysis.
  3. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills specifically in the context of educational data.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.

  6. Understanding of ethical considerations in research and data collection.

  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

  8. Strong organisational and time management skills.
