The Project CoOrdinator is responsible for providing support to a Program or Project Manager in the execution of key activities of the project life cycle in support of the Elevance M&A. They will be responsible for managing and maintaining key project artifacts while also assisting in the day to day running of project meetings.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and attend meetings; publish meeting minutes; action item follow up.
  • Maintain risks and issues. Manage the RAID Log to ensure new items are captured and updated and follow up on open items with relevant team members as required.
  • Maintain the integrated program/project plan; working with the program project and workstream leads.
  • Manage projectrelated artifacts by ensuring all necessary materials are current properly filed and stored
  • Complete ad hoc requests from the IMO Program Leads and team members
  • Perform target process updates

  • Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Has internal and some external contacts.
  • Receives general instructions on routine work detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience working as part of a team towards a common goal.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project Microsoft Planner Jira and Excel.
  • Experience working within a PMO is preferred.
