Must have Pharma/FDA regulations experience
Strong MS project
MUST HAVE MS PROJECT work within the PMO support resource management
The role would work directly with the hiring manager in doing the following items:
1. Participation in project planning and assessment sessions
2. Taking and following up on meeting notes
3. Updating our project management tool as required Changepoint
4. Updating our resource management tool Tempus
5. Following up on action items and escalating as necessary
6. Developing Microsoft Project Plans most specifically effortbased planning leveled resource allocations baselining and reporting
7. Assisting with presentation development using Microsoft Project
8. Potential Ability to travel onsite once every couple months if needed
