Overview:

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects within an organization. They are responsible for coordinating project activities communicating with stakeholders and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning and scheduling
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Assist in risk management and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate effective communication within the project team
  • Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan
  • Support the project manager in implementing project management best practices
  • Assist in the evaluation of project outcomes and lessons learned
  • Manage project administration tasks such as budget tracking and reporting


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field
  • Proven experience in project coordination or relevant role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes
  • Detailoriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project demands
  • Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes
  • Certification in project management is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and project management software
