We are seeking highly motivated Architects who are up for a challenge and ready to push the boundaries of IT Park and Corporate Architecture!
Position Senior Architect (Corporate/IT Building Experience)
Experience 5 8 years
Qualifications B.Arch / M.Arch
Commitment Period 2 Years (/duration of the project)
Job Location Bangalore
Head Office Location Greater Kailash New Delhi 110048
Office Timings 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Indepth experience in corporate (IT) projects. Overseeing approval drawings BOQs construction sets / GFCs and services
- Bidding and Presentation:
- Participating in client presentations and discussions to secure project contracts.
- Project Management: Experience in overseeing a minimum of 23 projects from concept to completion (Mandatory).
- Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams effectively
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Managing communication between various teams to meet project milestones.
- Leading and mentoring junior team members to enhance overall project efficiency.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD Sketchup Lumion
- Work Ethic: Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to meet demanding deadlines
