Can work with the developers in terms of timeline management to meet the expectation of the merchants/partners.
Has a deep understanding or can quickly adapt (if newly hired) to the services that company is offering to its clients.
Has a deep technical knowledge of software development life cycle. - Has a basic knowledge of ReactJS/NodeJS and Kotlin (optional)
Can quickly analyze the structure, identify problems of the merchants/partners, and formulate ways for their businesses to improve.
Has good communication skills to all stakeholders of the project.
Updated to the latest implementation of new technology and systems
Can collaborate with team members and colleagues according to the urgent concerns presented by merchants and partners.
Has a deep commitment to following through on targets and completing projects at hand.
Can strategize solutions to concerns and problems of merchants and partners through team consultation and planning.
Requirements
EDUCATION :
Preferably Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE :
1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst, Project Manager, or equivalent
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
Strong Project Management skills, Communication skills, Leadership skills, Organizational Development and Strategic Planning, and Multi-Tasking. Preferably have knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodology.
BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING:
Keep abreast of technology trends, competitors activities, and related regulations
