Program Test Manager Role
Having more than 12 years of experience in Testing and should have program test managed banking projects (having relevant experience of 4 years in program test management)
Should have prior test management experience in handling data related projects (data migration ETL/DWH Data reporting)
Accountable for overall E2E test delivery and will report to the project director/owner
Accountable for the overall test estimates schedule cost and raise Risk/issues the program.
Manage Test budgets
Responsible for the overall testing delivery
Progress Test Strategy aligned to Banks Test Framework and Test Methodology.
Review the Test Plan and contribute to the overall Programme Integrated Plan.
Management of full Test Life Cycle (Planning Preparation Specification Execution Test Closure and Sign Off) applying a defined Test Framework to a complex programme.
Advocate Project Financial awareness in Test contributing to the overall programme cost planning and cost management.
Stakeholder Management across IT Business and Operations functions and thirdparty suppliers.
Review the project deliverables and status reports published by the team
