Our client a leading organisation in the electronics repair industry is seeking a dynamic and skilled Operations Manager to lead a team and customer management in their Midlands based repair operation. As Operations Manager you will lead the repair operations supporting a household brand with efficiency reliability and enthusiasm. Day to day your role will encompass:

• Overseeing resource allocation for repair operations nurturing a proactive culture and ensuring continuous performance monitoring.
• Collaborating on financial forecasts meticulously tracking costs and swiftly implementing corrective actions as needed in repair operations.
• Deeply understanding customer repair needs facilitating effective communication and steadfastly focusing on satisfaction and timely delivery of repaired electronics.
• Championing continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating closely with Functional Managers to swiftly resolve any repair process issues.

What will you need to be successful in this role

• Experience of managing production/technical teams of 15
• An understanding of electronics repair processes
• Strong external stakeholder management skills
