Job Description

- Min 8 years of experience managing crossfunctional or crossteam projects with hands on project management experience Legacy Modernization and Data migration experience Proactively drive program/project execution and associated scope timeline and resources with minimal guidance
- Analyze scope needed to achieve program goals assess resource requirements; lead change control
- Develop detailed crossteam project or program plans that take into account all requirements constraints resources and results associated with defined objectives.
- Ability to drive program/project plan and address the dependencies between engineering teams.
- Aggregate organize and synthesize program and project information in order to communicate with extended team and management.
- Clearly communicate goals roles responsibilities and desired program outcomes.
- Work closely with Business Engineering and QA teams to build clear roadmaps/project plans and clarify requirements. Collaborate across the enterprise including Business Partners Finance Marketing Product Engineering and DevOps to develop and align on project plans status and reporting message along with enterprise resource planning needs to succeed from project scoping to project completion.
- Manage program / project risks and develop mitigation strategies to meet the timelines and goals. Deliver clear status communication to project teams partners and leadership teams partner with Product Managers to establish and maintain engagement with business.
- Ability to liaison between business partners to coordinate project kickoffs project charter stakeholder meetings and drive projects to completion.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fastpaced dynamic and often ambiguous environment. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel Powerpoint Smartsheet JIRA highly desired
