Key Responsibilities

Work with crossfunctional partners to deliver projects from initiation through close within supply chain functions (sourcing/manufacturing/supply planning/inventory/logistics)

Work within an agile delivery methodology to develop and support sprint planning reviews and retrospectives and develop cross functional project plans including partnership with technology teams vendors and leaders.

Squad Prog. Mgr role with a continuous backlog of projects to manage. (as opposed to managing one specific program)

Must have experience managing IT projects

Experience in discrete manufacturing industry supply chain process is must

Implement program & change management frameworks processes and templates right sized for speed scale and seamless implementation through project cycle.
