Program ManagerGlobal Marketing Operations & Technology

100% remote

Must Have:

Required

  • Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile scrum Waterfall
  • At least 5 Years of as a Project/program Manager
  • Create project plans which includes scope schedule cost quality organization communication staffing risk and issue management
  • Facilitate attend scribe and distribute minutes for project meetings
  • Drive project execution by monitoring project status gathering customer responses and needs monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks
  • Ensure crossteam coordination & work on removing barriers experienced by Team
  • Reporting & communicate on daytoday activities to required stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask between concurrent assignments prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities assignments and roles; works well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Relationshipdriven with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals
  • Creative and proactive problem solver
  • Selfmotivated with ability to work well in teams and crossdepartments

    Program Manager Deliverables

    CU Campaign Utility Responsibilities

    1. Communication and coordination
      1. Coordinate resources and communicate effectively to team members and stakeholders
      2. Collect organize and communicate program and project information with stakeholders and project team members
    2. Managing and updating the Campaign Utility project(s) in Workfront
      1. Ensuring project plan is maintained daily as well as proactive followup on tasks and risks
    3. Agenda for meetings with action items and summary sent after meetings and proactive deadline follow up.
    4. Regular cadence of grooming calls or similar function calls
    5. Attendance to Campaign Utility and Dynamics meetings and coordination with PgMs from DTP where necessary
    6. Participation in Teams chats for DTP Slack for business/MMO coordination
    7. SharePoint site kept up to date with project and enablement documentation
    8. Recordings uploaded to the Campaign Utility SharePoint
    9. Status updates provided to the project team in MM&O and in the Dynamics PowerPoint template presented on Wednesday interlock call (if necessary)
    10. Working with Change Managers to ensure we have a communication and enablement plan well laid out and delivered for our stakeholders

    Generic Responsibilities

    1. Plugging into the GMOT (Global Marketing Operations & Technology) TMO (Transformation Office) team to:
      1. Follow project intake project planning project execution project close processes in WF
      2. Updating the monthly MM&O (Marketing Measurement & Operations) status report
      3. Updating the quarterly DX Leadership status deck
      4. Joining the weekly TMO team meetings and participating in any TMO projects
    2. Helping the TMO team to create/update the MM&O SharePoint site for our stakeholders
    3. Attending the biweekly GMOT portfolio review calls and providing necessary updates for assigned projects
