Klub is now embarking on a new journey by venturing into the world of crossborder commerce through our newly established ECommerce Vertical. To drive this initiative forward we are actively seeking dynamic individuals to join our dedicated CrossBorder ECommerce Team in Ahmedabad. Position Overview:
As a Program Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and delivery of strategic projects and programs within our organization. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time within scope and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
- Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets to track progress and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate and communicate with crossfunctional teams to assign tasks set priorities and resolve issues as they arise.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders highlighting achievements challenges and next steps.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business administration or a degree of a similar level
- Have an experience of 35 years in program management
- Demonstrated ability to manage crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
