Role Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between the firm and its clients ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and tailoring services for leadership transformation and organizational excellence.
Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of client projects from initial conception through to successful delivery including budgeting planning execution and postdelivery analysis.
Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects and programs.
Drive the development and presentation of strategic recommendations reports and insights to clients and senior leadership.
Organize and facilitate workshops training sessions and coaching to support leadership development and performance enablement initiatives.
Play a key role in identifying opportunities for service enhancement and upselling contributing to the firms growth and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience:
02 years of experience in a consulting project management or similar role with a keen interest in leadership development and organizational consulting.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects endtoend with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute strategic initiatives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members across all levels.
A proactive and energetic approach with a hunger for growth and development.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Psychology Human Resources or a related field.
