Production Technician

We are seeking a motivated Production Technician to join our team. As a Production Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes maintaining equipment and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Other:

The assignment may be covered by defense secrecy which means requirements for a certain citizenship and approval of a security clearance.
