A Plastic Manufacturing Company based in Mowe Ibafo are currently hiring for a Production Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Over sees and schedule manpower based on the production plan of each machine.
- Check hourly production report from line supervisor and update reporting line.
- Enforce disciplinary and safety measures and maintains departmental housekeeping.
- Generate production report at the end of each shift.
- Train new employees on job training
- Over sees administrative within departments such as leave approvals manpower requisition.
- Distributing and maintaining records of working tools and PPE kits.
- Notify maintenance of machine break down or malfunctions.
Requirements
- First Degree
- Minimum of 5 years Experience in production Supervisor level in injection molding plastic company
- Working Knowledge of supervisor Activities good with math and technical understanding of plastic manufacturing companies.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the media/printing Industry. Mature, a gold star go-getter, and equipped with dynamic client data base and identifiable network (channeled on getting printing contract) Possess the capacity to generate sales and surpass targets on a quarterly basis Must be an effective communicator, tech-savvy and have great presentation skills with a grit and growth mindset Possess excellent writing skills and social media engagement Ready to bring in existing businesses from day one Rugged, disruptive, and unconventional. Must be a model of proactive leadership Have a history of proven loyalty with a devoted commitment to his/her goals Creative and possess a good knowledge of the technical skills required to carry out the job Smart and agile Must be honest and credible Location:
