Role Description: seeking a skilled Production Plant Floor Analyst to join our team at TBMNC plant. The ideal candidate should possess handson experience in production plant operations a deep understanding of production process flows proficiency in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) for plant floor operations and excellent documentation skills. The candidate must also demonstrate proficiency in software tools such as PowerPoint Excel and LucidChart. Experience (Years): 24

Essential Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum of 23 years of handson experience in production plant floor operations. Proficiency in developing and implementing KPIs for production environments. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail. Database and coding experience. Exposure to OT applications (Including SCADA PLCs and other technology) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules. Prior experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.Onsite Presence at TBMNC Plant in Greensboro NC.
