Job Title: PRODUCTION OFFICER(SAGAMU)
Location: SAGAMU
Job Overview
The production officer will be responsible for the supervising and maintenance of the factory engineering operations and other appliances.
Deliverables
Process and maintenance evaluation
Coordination for production plan with PPIC Planning Production Inventory Control
Provide reporting monthly
Development S.O.Ps and comply with all regulation ISO; GMP; 5S
Provide CILT plan ( Cleaning Inspection Lubrication & Tightening)
Project Progress Monitoring and Report
Review Prod Plan from PPIC
Evaluating process and provide information to PPIC regarding calculation of material that will be consumed in process.
Evaluating process and provide decision/ judgement during process running.
Provide monthly review and reporting.
Evaluating maintenance activities
Collaborate with related departments for development and comply regulation GMP5SISO etc
Recommendation work concept for more efficient and effective
Controlling utility needs for the production process.
Problem solving of the abnormalities of utility machines and power plants.
Make a maintenance schedule for power plant unit machines based on utility machine requirements.
Provide monthly review and reporting.
Arrange planning and the need for spare parts and utility supplies.
Provide recommendations in monitoring predictive maintenance.
Specification
Discipline: B.sc/HND in Engineering
Major Experience: Mechanical Engineering (1year) and Electrical Engineering (1year)
Basic Experience: Use of MS Office Machine Operations / Repairs.
Candidates should reside in Sagamu Mowe and Abeokuta
3 Years as Supervisory role in Food Manufacturing Industry
