Job Description
1. Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets while ensuring costeffectiveness and efficiency.
2. Supervise and coordinate daily production activities including harvesting milling refining and packaging of palm oil products.
3. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Optimize plant operations through continuous improvement initiatives such as process optimization equipment upgrades and automation.
5. Manage inventory levels and procurement of raw materials and supplies to support production schedules.
6. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
7. Train and mentor production staff to enhance skills and performance and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
8. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including maintenance quality assurance and logistics to resolve production issues and improve overall plant performance.
9. Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings.
10. Prepare reports and presentations on production performance budget variance and other relevant metrics for management review.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in palm oil processing or related industries with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of palm oil processing techniques equipment and industry best practices.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve goals.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Familiarity with quality management systems safety regulations and environmental standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with occasional weekend or evening shifts as needed.
Strong knowledge of palm oil processing techniques, equipment, and industry best practices. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve goals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with quality management systems, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
