Summary:
The Production Manager is responsible and accountable for the safe productive accurate and entire completion of all shifts and personnel facilities. The results needed out of this role is to maximize financial and environmental impact for the site as a whole. This individual will enforce all company/industry rules policies and standards to a crew of 10 workers from Monday to Friday and use critical thinking skills to solve problems and issues as they arise. This role will also be extremely proactive in analyzing and executing plans to create better efficiency employee retention and higher quality product while adhering to a facility budget.

Responsibilities:
Working/leading in a capacity to keep ones self the facility and others safe
Enforcing all fire codes OSHA GMP and safety policies/procedures.
Responsible and accountable for making sure that each shift/team leader on each shift completes their job responsibilities with 100% accuracy.
Manage shift leaders with the use of a Shift Report which must be submitted after each shift is completed. These reports must be reviewed daily for this Production Manager to either help with what is needed and/or to escalate anything to the National Operations Manager where needed.
Checking all facility paperwork for accuracy before final submission to the Operations Team.
