• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers including machine operators welders and fabricators.
• Plan and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Ensure that all production activities comply with safety and quality standards.
• Train new employees on production processes and procedures.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain inventory levels and order materials and supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments such as engineering and quality control to resolve production issues
