Production and Planning Engineer

Codasyncs is hiring Production and Planning Engineer on behalf of Winworth Eletech Pvt. Ltd.

• Collaborate with the Floor Operations Manager to develop production plans including setting priorities assigning tasks and determining production targets.
• Create detailed production schedules to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to allocate resources including personnel equipment and materials.
• Ensure the availability of resources to meet production demands. Implement quality control procedures to maintain high product quality.
• Monitor and report on product quality and process efficiency identifying areas for improvement.
• Oversee inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Work with the procurement team to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Supervise the production team to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and training to production staff as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance production processes and reduce waste.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate production records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and recordkeeping standards.
• Promote and enforce workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Address safety concerns and incidents promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in engineering production management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in production and planning preferably in an industrial automation or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
