Product Security Engineer

This is a remote position.

• Lead the charge in Application Security Cloud Security and Product Security ensuring our defenses are impenetrable.
  
• Engage in threat modeling code and security design reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  
• Conduct securecoding training enhancing our Engineering team s skills and awareness.
  
• Manage AppSec vulnerabilities efficiently reducing risks without hampering productivity.
  
• Oversee our Pentesting activities and evolve our Bug Bounty Program to help create a robust defense mechanism.
  
• Streamline the product authorization model optimizing access control across the company.
  
• Fortify our Kubernetes deployments ensuring a resilient and secure infrastructure.
  

Requirements

• Highly effective in collaborating with diverse engineering teams and codebases adept in communication with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders from various backgrounds.
  
• Profound grasp of software security concepts coupled with solid knowledge in cloud infrastructure security.
  
• Direct experience with key infrastructure technologies utilized such as Kubernetes AWS and Terraform.
  
• Over 5 years of experience in product security including 4 years focused on application security and 1 year in cloud security.
  
• Passion for writing efficient code and automating processes.
  
• Skilled in threat modeling and continuously updating those models.
  
• Capable of analyzing and organizing a broad range of security issues from complex to straightforward into clear manageable objectives for strategic quarterly and annual planning.
