- Nurture and build a strategic vision with executive team, project team, and development team based on personal industry experience, collective vision, and feedback from vendor partners, client-facing teams, client base, designers, Data Science team, consultants and research
- Drive the operational and technical roll-out of the project
- Plan and design product roadmap with a user-focused mindset
- Prepare and maintain project documents (e.g. kick-off, road map, status updates, steering committees, gap analysis etc.) to ensure proper control
