Mandatory Skills and Requirement:
- Overall 10 years in Product Development experience as a Product Owner with expertise in driving projects requiring collaboration with business stakeholders
- Must have experience in US Retirement Services NonQualified Services (409a plan)
- Defines implements and standardizes metrics reports and dashboards for the business
- Help prioritizes user stories for the sprints Liaise with clients technology and support teams
- Define Acceptance Criteria Participate in functional testing and support UAT.
- Proficient in all aspects of Program Management. Must have experience in managing complex BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) programs in multivendor and global teams.
- Experience in delivering a sound and successful solutions to business problems
- Experience in participating and where required driving Business and IT Roadmap for Customers
- Experience in Engaging with Customer (Business and IT) in Delivery as well as presales to own the outcome
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills. Should be able to deal effectively with diverse skill sets and personalities provide strong team leadership and work effectively as a team player
- Collaborates and address problems faced by technical and business teams
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of industry best practices standards and processes
- Knowledge of Current and Emerging Domain and Technology Trends
