About the Product Marketing Manager Role

As the Product Marketing Manager you will lead our product marketing activities. You ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost the products.

You are required to be a creative and quantitative thinker and get familiar with various product marketing techniques like email campaigns social media engagement and product and brand positioning. Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.

Responsibilities:

• Product Messaging: Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market.
  

• Stakeholder Management: Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with crossfunctional stakeholders and executing selfled research.
  

• Communication: Communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing team.
  

• Promotional Activities: Develop and implement promotional activities such as promotions and product launches.
  

• Content: Create product content such as case studies videos website copy and blog posts alongside the content team.
  

• Customer Usage: Gain insight into customer use of current products untapped opportunities and buyer personas.
  

• Usage Measuring: Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
  

• Budgeting: Manage online marketing budget and approval processes.
  

• Product Study: Study company products and social listening.
  

• Supervision: Supervise all advertising and marketing channels.
  

• Technical Translation: Translate technical details into benefits for the user.
  

• Market Trends: Follow and analyze market trends to position products.
  

• Strategies: Develop product marketing strategies and plan product launches.
  

• Messaging: Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages ad campaigns)
  

• Collaboration: Work with various teams (design content product customer success) to implement strategies.
  

• Product Test: Test marketing product features releases and ad copy.
  

• Project Evaluation: Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
  

• Analysis: Studying analytics relating to product campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product marketing preferably in fintech banking industry or PR agency.
  

• Experience in customer support and managing a team of marketers is an added advantage.
  

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills a good eye for design and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
  

• Ability to work crossfunctionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  

• Resultoriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable business impact.
  

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools CRM systems and analytics platforms.
