Tasks

• Increase conversion from incoming leads to qualified leads.

Within this are:

1. Algorithm for generating offers including prices features availability and other factors;
2. UX/UI of the site: catalog yacht cards comparison features and others;
3. Chains of communication in WA Email and other channels.

• Key areas of focus: design management content analysis.

Requirements

• High speed of work independence willingness and desire to work with hands.
• Datadriven good analytical skills including tools.
• Experience in marketplaces in similar positions: travel yachting.
• Ability to prioritize and work 80/20 and sometimes even 60/40 preferring speed over detail.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
