Client is looking for Product Manager with Scrum skill sets.
- Excellent communication leadership and negotiation skills
- Experience Managing product development cycle from wire framing to successful product launch.( 8 years)
- Product Management
- Agile/Collaborative Methods
- UX Design Management
- Change Management and Negotiations
- Healthcare Life Sciences
- Some experience as Project Manager/ Scrum Master experience is helpful
- Health Cloud Product Manager experience a Plus
- Knowledge of Provider Network Management is a huge Plus
- Agile/Scrum Framework
- Health Cloud and Provider domain experience is a plus
- Experience working with Payers/Health Insurance companies
- Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for healthcare processes and specific industry standards works with PO and Architects to help translate client requests to technical solutions
- Ability to influence product roadmap and product feature selection.
- Work closely with PO to document new features as stories to enhance the product. Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality capabilities is required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce out of the box versus custom solutions
- Prior experience as an Administrator is a plus
Certifications Preferred: Salesforce Certified Admin and other relevant certifications
