Key Responsibilities:
Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the companys overall business goals.
Conduct market research competitor analysis and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
Define and prioritize product features based on market requirements customer feedback and business priorities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create detailed product roadmaps.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into functional specifications.
Provide ongoing guidance and support throughout the development process ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Develop and execute gotomarket strategies for product launches.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective product messaging positioning and sales enablement materials.
Monitor key product metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Implement datadriven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.
Communicate product vision strategy and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between technical and nontechnical teams ensuring alignment and understanding.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to product success including technical challenges market changes and competitive threats.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business marketing engineering or related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience (Min 4 years) in product management with a successful track record of delivering and optimizing products.
Strong understanding of technology and market trends in the relevant industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
