The position deals with a wide functional scope from which two big themes stand out:
Operational excellence for our Tour Operator internal activities
Accounting facilitation handling design & implementation of financial flows
This is a 360 role that will evolve the same way the Product organisation and processes are structuring.
Heres a glimpse of what is expected from a Product Manager at Worldia:
Support of the feature team daily during developments
Handle discoveries with business owners by digging into data talking to customers challenging needs
Frame solutions for future developments with key stakeholders
Always maintain a consistent flow of communication to the Business Owner in order to communicate internally about releases.
Analyze KPI drive KPI adoption and define new ones to be as accurate as possible designing your strategy
Refine continuously priorities to match vision and strategy
Share knowledge with your Product peers

We are seeking an enthusiastic team player with great initiative and a getitdone attitude.
The ideal candidate is able to handle a fast paced work environment since we have set high expectations to take the team to the next level in several fields such as quality of discovery datadriven approach and strategy definition.
3 years of relevant Product Management
Previous experience(s) as a fully autonomous PM in a small to medium sized company (up to 200 people)
Strong Knowledge of data analysis & proven ability to use data to guide their decision and nurture the Product roadmap
Problemsolving mindset adaptable and ability to dig in to complex topics
Experience on BtoBtoC back office SaaS or APIs Area fields is a plus: (Travel and/or Finance)
Written and verbal communication skills by adapting your speech to the subject and the speaker
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Creative curious and openminded profile.
Fluent in English
