Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

• Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
• To collaborate with company stakeholders and cross-functional teammates to ideate solutions that balance user needs and business goals/requirements.
• Produce deliverables including wireframes, user scenarios, and prototypes to communicate product requirements
• Conduct and present qualitative and quantitative research and incorporate findings into mobile and web experiences
• Ensure interactive & visual designs achieve the highest level of usability, customer satisfaction, and encourage conversions

Job Requirements

Who Are You:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar user-focused role in mobile web and mobile app design
• Deep knowledge of design tools, design methodologies, wireframing, and prototyping
• Knowledge or experience in gamification-based App models.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Have a portfolio in designing a Wow-Simple user interface.
• Pixel's perfect attention to detail.
• Experience in designing/building your own illustrations is a plus.
• Can admit that he doesn't have the answers, however, he or she can ask the right questions that can lead to a real problem discovery.
• Excellent knowledge of common industry applications (i.e., Adobe suite (PC), especially XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• If you are a gamer or interested in the gaming industry it’s a huge plus.
