Product Designer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging user interfaces through wireframes prototypes and visual designs
• Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
• Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to stakeholders
• Advocate for usercentered design principles throughout the organization
• Participate in crossfunctional workshops and brainstorming sessions
• Contribute to the evolution of the design teams processes and tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field
• Proven experience in product design for web and mobile applications
• Demonstrated proficiency with design tools such as Sketch Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
• Ability to conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong design aesthetic and problemsolving ability
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with frontend development technologies is a plus
