Your role: We are looking for a Product Designer who will research analyse & iterate our products; features for making learning easy pleasurable fun to help millions learn new skills in a better way. You will be working directly with the founder product teams and will focus on innovating iterating to drive strong user experience feature adoption & growth loops.
About Us: LearnTube is a global AIdriven product that transforms the scattered content of the internet and YouTube into bitesized courses complete with a structured path autogenerated assessments & peerinteractions. Hyperpersonalised course content is further generated specific to each user & their goal.
We have 8 Lakh Learners across 64 different countries & 2112 cities in India. LearnTube provides 200 Skill courses in domains like Tech Marketing Data Science and Design. These courses are rated an awesome 4.8/5 & are delivered through an easytouse Whatsapp Bot a mobile and a web app.

You will be given real responsibilities freedom to make decisions and come up with ideas and work closely with the founder and the core team all in a flexible casual and young (mostly under 30) work environment. Responsibilities:
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards process flows wireframes and sitemaps
- Design everything from complete features to GUI elements like tabs and widgets
- Develop UI mockups & prototypes that illustrate product look & functionality and get user feedback 4. Create original graphic designs & illustrations (e.g. images sketches UI elements)
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems source user feedback & iterate product
- Strategise & implement UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Build and ensure an extremely easy to use & pleasing product with intuitive interactions
- Collaborate with the developers program managers marketing team to drive outcomes improve use & product advocacy
- Build strong habit loops gamification systems and other aspects to drive strong product adoption; a quality learning experience
Must Have Skills:
- Should be able to create wireframes with Balsamiq Pencil Axure Whimsical Mockflow or any other wireframing tool of their choice.
- Should be able to convert any wireframes into mockups using Adobe XD Figma Sketch or any other mockup tool of their choice.
- Should be able to find design inspirations related to the idea proposed and should be able to do independent research to find these designs.
- Should be able to understand color theory and must be able to create design patterns required for the User Interface.
- Should be able to create/use typography suited for the application.
- Should be able to create the required iconography if required or find the required icon sets that best fit for the UI.
- Should have an intuitive understanding of User Experience.
- Should have worked on Isomorphic design and Glassmorphic designs.
- Should understand design sprints and must be able to deliver within timelines.
